Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations & HR Intern to support US Healthcare recruitment and day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will work closely with the HR and recruitment team and assist in candidate coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for US Healthcare positions.
- Coordinate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate records, databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation and joining.
- Assist the HR team with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support day-to-day recruitment and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports and operational updates.
- Handle confidential candidate and employee information professionally.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow deadlines.
- Interest in HR, Recruitment, Operations or US Healthcare.
