About the Role:

BIG SQUARE FEET is looking for passionate and self-driven Sales Managers to play a key role in driving sales in the premium real estate sector.

We are looking for someone who is confident, coachable,proactive, people-oriented and target-driven. While prior sales experience is preferred, freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

The role involves working closely with prospective clients,generating and nurturing leads, coordinating client visits, understanding client requirements and driving conversations through to successful sales closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and nurture prospective client leads through calling, networking, referrals and other relevant channels.
- Understand client requirements, present suitable projects,handle queries and build strong client relationships.




- Coordinate client site visits and property meetings,ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and successful closure.
- Stay updated on projects, pricing, inventory, offers and key developments in the real estate market.

Who We're Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 0–5 years of experience in sales (any industry), business development or client-facing roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Target-oriented, with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Having your own conveyance with a valid driving license is a must.
