What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with international customers over calls and understand their requirements.
- Have meaningful conversations with customers and provide information about VIP membership services.
- Explain membership features, benefits, and available plans in a simple and professional manner.
- Assist customers in choosing a membership that suits their requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the process.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of recent International Sales experience – Mandatory
- 12th Pass & Above
- Age: 21–37 years
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with international customers
- Pleasant personality with good listening and conversation skills
- Previous experience in International BPO / Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Engagement / Premium Services is preferred
