About the Role

We are an interior manufacturing company producing modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage units and other residential interior furniture.

We are looking for Semi-Skilled Carpenters who have basic modular furniture knowledge and can work under the guidance of a Main Carpenter / Floor In-Charge.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in modular furniture assembly and production.
- Work on kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV units and other modular furniture.
- Perform basic Minifix fitting and assembly.
- Assist with drilling, screwing, dowel and hardware fitting.
- Support cabinet assembly and alignment.
- Handle hinges, channels, handles and other furniture hardware.
- Understand basic measurements and dimensions.
- Assist Main Carpenters in completing production.
- Identify basic fitting or assembly problems and report them.
- Handle materials carefully to avoid damage.




- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the factory floor.
- Follow production instructions and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of modular furniture.
- Some experience with Minifix fittings preferred.
- Basic drilling and assembly skills.
- Ability to use hand tools.
- Understanding of basic measurements.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Good work discipline and teamwork.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be beyond a basic helper level and should already have some experience in modular furniture assembly/manufacturing.

He should be able to complete basic work independently while taking guidance from the Main Carpenter.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹28,000 per month, depending on skill and experience.

Positive performers can progress to Main Carpenter based on skill development.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
