SS Technomed Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced GEM Portal Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the company's profile and product listings on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.
- Search, analyze, and participate in Government tenders through the GeM Portal.
- Prepare and submit bids along with all required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and tender execution.
- Update product catalogs, pricing, and technical specifications on the GeM Portal.
- Monitor bid status, orders, and customer communications.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies and tender requirements.

Requirements:

- Experience working on the GeM Portal and handling Government tenders.
- Valuable knowledge of bid preparation and tender documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
