We're Hiring: Costing Manager

Location: Guinea, West Africa

Salary: Upto 4000 USD per month

Experience: 7+ Years

Qualification: ICWA / CMA

*Key Responsibilities*

- Manage daily plant costing and accounting activities.

- Monitor production costs and analyze cost variances.

- Review and update Bills of Materials (BOM) and route costs.

- Prepare costing for existing and recent products.

- Coordinate with production and finance teams for accurate cost reporting.

- Lead and mentor the costing team.

- Manage stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

- Prepare costing reports and support management decision-making.

*Requirements*

- ICWA qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing industries.

- Experience in Plastics, Packaging, Paints,



or similar industries preferred.

- Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and manufacturing accounting.

- Team handling experience.

- Knowledge of French and experience in West Africa will be an added advantage.
