- Identify new product opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate and evaluate current product ideas and concepts.
- Develop product specifications, concepts, and preliminary business plans.
- Coordinate with R&D; and production teams during product development.
- Prepare product samples and coordinate testing and trials.
- Work with quality teams to ensure products meet required standards.
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, branding, and product positioning.
- Conduct product costing and support pricing decisions.
- Coordinate pilot production and product validation.
- Support product launch activities in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
- Collect customer and market feedback after product launch.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain NPD documentation, timelines, and project reports.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
