Job Title: Barista
Location: Yelahanka - Jinvara
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a range of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, flat white, pour-over, and cold brew to specialty standards
- Create consistent, high-quality latte art with attention to detail and visual presentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service areas
- Engage with customers in a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner
- Recommend drinks or pairings based on guest preferences
- Calibrate grinders and espresso machines to ensure shot consistency throughout the day
- Understand and execute manual brewing techniques (V60, AeroPress, French Press, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
