Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with hands-on site experience in solar projects to support planning, execution, and coordination of project activities. The role involves working closely with project managers, site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities at solar project sites.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Liaise between site teams, engineering, procurement, and management.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track material deliveries, site logistics, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to project documentation and reporting requirements.
- Assist in resolving site issues and escalating risks or delays.
- Support compliance with safety standards and site procedures.




- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project coordination with site exposure.
- Good understanding of solar project lifecycle (installation, commissioning, and handover).
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Robust documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced site environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in utility-scale or rooftop solar projects.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to project planning, cost tracking, and risk management.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with technical teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
