AI Tools & Automation Specialist — Remote

Job Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on AI Tools & Automation Specialist who can analyze how our employees and departments work, identify repetitive/manual activities, and implement AI tools and automations to improve productivity, speed, accuracy, reporting, sales, marketing, recruitment and operations.

This is not an AI developer or theoretical AI role.

We need someone who actively uses multiple AI and automation platforms and knows which tool to use, where to use it, how to connect it, and how to measure the improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Study existing workflows across Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, HR, Operations, Administration and Management.
- Identify repetitive work that can be automated or AI-assisted.
- Build AI-powered workflows and automations.
- Analyze employee processes and recommend productivity improvements.
- Research and test new AI tools available in the market.
- Compare tools based on capability, reliability and cost.
- Create AI assistants, agents, prompts and reusable workflows.
- Automate data collection, analysis, reporting and follow-ups.
- Connect different applications using APIs, webhooks and automation platforms.
- Optimize existing automations continuously.
- Train employees to use AI effectively for their specific jobs.
- Document implemented workflows and maintain an internal AI/automation knowledge base.
- Track measurable results: hours saved, cost reduced, response time improved, errors reduced and output increased.

Tools & Platforms

Candidate should have practical experience with several tools such as:

AI / LLMs: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other major AI platforms.

Automation: n8n, Make, Zapier or similar workflow automation tools.

Business Productivity: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, spreadsheets,



task/project management systems and communication tools.

AI Applications: AI research, content generation, data analysis, document processing, meeting transcription, presentation/design, image/video generation and productivity tools.

We do not require experience with every named platform. We require someone who understands the AI-tool ecosystem well enough to quickly evaluate and implement the best tool for a business problem.

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong practical knowledge of AI tools and business automation
- Hands-on experience creating real automations
- Strong experience using ChatGPT and other major LLMs
- Ability to analyze a manual business process and redesign it using AI/automation
- Good understanding of APIs, webhooks and integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Continuous learner who actively follows new AI tools and developments

Shortlisted candidates will receive a real business workflow.

You will be asked to:

- Analyze the existing manual process.
- Identify the problems and unnecessary work.
- Recommend suitable AI/automation tools.
- Design the automation workflow.
- Explain expected cost, limitations and measurable benefits.

We are hiring based on demonstrated capability, not AI certificates or the number of tools listed on a CV.
