Restaurant Captain – Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations and lead the service team. The candidate will be responsible for guest handling, order coordination, team supervision, service quality, hygiene, and smooth coordination between the kitchen and restaurant floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise restaurant staff and daily floor operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Coordinate orders between customers, service staff, kitchen, and billing.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Allocate duties and manage staff during shifts and peak hours.




- Ensure compliance with food safety and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
- Minimize service errors, wastage, and breakage.

Required Qualification & Skills:

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in restaurant, café, bakery, QSR, or hotel operations.
- Good communication, leadership, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
