Position: Billing Executive

Job Location : Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

◆ Generate accurate sales invoices for wholesale silver jewellery orders — domestic & B2B clients

◆ Maintain and update billing records in Tally ERP / billing software on a daily basis

◆ Coordinate with the Sales team to verify order details, quantities, rates, and discounts before billing

◆ Prepare GST-compliant invoices (CGST/SGST/IGST) as per applicable tax slabs

◆ Reconcile accounts receivable, track outstanding payments, and follow up with clients for dues

◆Handle credit/debit notes, return entries, and billing corrections accurately

◆Manage daily cash, cheque, and NEFT/UPI payment entries and receipts

◆Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports for management review

◆Maintain proper documentation of all invoices, challans, and financial records

◆Assist in month-end closing, stock reconciliation,



and audit support as required

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Working knowledge of GST billing & e-invoicing
- Good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong numerical accuracy & attention to detail
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable
- Communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Qualification: B.Com/Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–10 years (Fresher can also apply).

Valuable to Have

- Experience in jewellery / wholesale
- Familiarity with inventory / stock management
- Experience handling B2B client accounts
- Basic knowledge of TDS / TCS entries
- Ability to handle high-volume billing cycles
