Position: Admission Counselor
Experience: 2–3 years, preferably in a school/education sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student and parent enquiries regarding admissions, courses, and school facilities.
- Counsel parents and students and guide them through the admission process.
- Conduct campus visits and follow up with prospective parents.
- Maintain admission records, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion data.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.
- Achieve admission targets through effective communication and follow-up.
- Ensure a positive and skilled experience for parents throughout the process.
Desired Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, convincing ability, strong follow-up skills, confidence, a pleasant personality, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
