Job Summary

HBH Technologies LLP is urgently hiring 4 Back Office Executives to join our team. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented and responsible candidates who can efficiently handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle data entry, data management and documentation accurately.
- Maintain and update company records, files and databases.
- Prepare reports, MIS and other documents as required.
- Verify data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle emails, calls and routine administrative communication.
- Assist with billing, invoicing and other back-office activities.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Skills

- Graduate in any stream.




- 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Responsible, professional and willing to learn.
