Job Summary

Suryabala Autos is looking for a Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities at our Ather EV dealership in Erode. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, billing, bank reconciliation, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and expense entries.
- Handle customer billing and invoice preparation.
- Maintain customer, supplier, and dealer accounts.
- Record EV scooter sales, accessories, spare parts, and service-related transactions.
- Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular reconciliation.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and supplier balances.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Verify purchase and sales invoices and supporting documents.
- Prepare daily/monthly accounting reports and MIS.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.
- Coordinate with the showroom, sales, service, spare parts,



and management teams.
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic to good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in dealership/showroom accounting will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
