Job Summary

Execute field sales activities across assigned industry segments by identifying prospects, conducting customer visits and developing new business opportunities. Build customer relationships, maintain accurate sales records and achieve assigned sales and activity targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the assigned territory or beat plan through daily customer visits.
- Identify and approach new prospects within the assigned industry segment.
- Present product or service value propositions clearly to prospective customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain customer relationships and drive repeat business.




- Update CRM records and submit daily visit reports.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order fulfilment.
- Achieve monthly visit, new-lead and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales; freshers may be considered.
- Territory and beat planning skills.
- Customer prospecting and lead-generation skills.
- Positive presentation and communication skills.
- Basic negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,700.00 - ₹29,200.00 per month
