Job Summary

Digital Academy 360 is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Placement Officer to support our Training & Placement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with companies, coordinating interviews, ensuring student placements, and building strong corporate relationships to help students secure rewarding career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with companies for student placement opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities.
- Source job openings relevant to Digital Academy 360 students.
- Follow up with employers for interview feedback, offer letters, and joining updates.
- Maintain placement records, student databases, and employer details.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to ensure students are interview-ready.
- Assist students with interview scheduling and placement-related queries.
- Track placement targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure a positive placement experience for both students and hiring partners.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Relations, or HR.
- Experience in the EdTech or Training Institute industry is preferred.

Candidates with experience in placing students into roles such as:

- Digital Marketing
- Full Stack Development
- Data Science

- Python Development
- Business Analytics
- AI & Machine Learning

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of new employer partnerships established.
- Number of interviews scheduled each month.
- Number of successful student placements.
- Offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
- Employer and student satisfaction.
- Achievement of monthly placement targets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
