Core Responsibilities

- Validate/vet accounting entries across all live SPF projects, ensuring vendor payments and expenses are correctly tagged to the right project, with no cross-contamination across sites.
- Conduct weekly billing reconciliation with site teams and contractors — track material received vs. work completed vs. BOQ vs. actuals and flag any unbudgeted work.
- Coordinate weekly with PMs and Procurement on cash flow and fund deployment.
- Prepare/oversee monthly MIS by coordinating with all site teams.
- Manage vendor/contractor payment processing, invoice entry and expense categorization.
- Oversee GST treatment — ensure GST is applied only at the invoice stage and not on advances against PI, and manage ITC positioning for each project.
- Prepare/review TDS and GST returns, with the current Junior Accountant handling preparation and this role responsible for review and validation.




- Prepare annual financial statements in coordination with the Auditor.
- Support annual ROC filing and audit coordination, including coordination during the July–August audit season and auditor visits from Mumbai.
- Supervise and mentor the current Junior Accountant, who handles day-to-day bookkeeping and financials.
- Ensure accounting practices, reconciliations and statutory compliances are accurate and completed within timelines.
- Exercise sound decision-making, resolve accounting issues independently and escalate matters appropriately when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
