We are hiring for Vicidial & IT Support Executive

Location- Salt Lake ,Sector-5 ( On-site )

Experience-1-3 years

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain VICIdial / ViciBox servers and configurations.

- Configure and troubleshoot outbound and inbound campaigns.

- Manage agents, users, extensions, campaigns, call lists and dispositions.

- Configure SIP/PJSIP, VoIP accounts, trunks and dialer settings.

- Troubleshoot call-related issues such as no audio, blank calls, failed calls, ringing issues and low answer rates.

- Monitor Asterisk, SIP channels, call logs and CDR.

- Configure and troubleshoot CLI, Caller ID and outbound routing.

- Manage call reports, recordings and campaign performance.

- Troubleshoot server, network, firewall and connectivity issues.

- Configure and troubleshoot firewall, ports, IP addresses, NAT and VPN.

- Provide desktop and technical support to employees.

- Troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic hardware issues.

- Install and configure software, drivers and system updates.

- Maintain system backups and assist with server monitoring.

- Coordinate with VoIP providers, hosting providers and IT vendors when required.





- Maintain proper documentation of IT and Vicidial configurations.

Required Skills

- 1–3+ years of experience in VICIdial/ViciBox and IT Support.

- Good knowledge of Linux and Asterisk.

- Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, PJSIP and SIP trunks.

- Knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, ports and firewalls.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle urgent technical issues.

- Good communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience with VICIdial API/customization.

- Knowledge of FreePBX/Asterisk.

- Experience with VoIP carriers and multiple SIP trunks.

- Basic knowledge of server security and Linux firewall configuration.
