We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Kottakkal. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent knowledge of design principles, and the ability to create engaging visual content across digital, print, branding, and event materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs across multiple touch points, including print, branding, digital, and event materials.

2) Create visual mock-ups from scratch ranging from branded POSMs to venue interior designs.

3) Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand experiences and marketing campaigns.

4) Prepare artwork for various printing methods and materials, ensuring optimal production quality.

5) Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative concepts for events or experiential activations.

6) Interpret creative briefs, client feedback, and translate them into visually compelling solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a agile work environment.

8) Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate designs based on client and internal stakeholder input.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of work.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

* Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work well in a team.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience with branding and creating impactful visual communication for various media.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in experiential marketing or event design.

Knowledge of printing processes and preparation of artwork for various materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
