A reputed multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented TPA Executive to manage insurance and TPA-related processes and ensure smooth coordination between patients, hospital departments and insurance/TPA companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day TPA and insurance-related activities for hospital patients.
- Process insurance cases from admission through discharge and final settlement.
- Handle pre-authorisation requests and coordinate with TPA/insurance companies.
- Prepare and submit required documents for insurance approvals and claims.
- Verify patient insurance details, eligibility and policy coverage.
- Coordinate with billing, medical, nursing and other hospital departments for required documentation.
- Follow up with TPAs and insurance companies regarding approvals, queries and claim settlements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claim documents.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or queries raised by TPAs/insurance companies.
- Maintain proper records of insurance cases, approvals,



claims and settlements.
- Coordinate with patients and their attendants regarding insurance-related queries.
- Follow hospital policies and insurance/TPA procedures.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience preferred, preferably in hospital TPA, insurance or billing.
- Good knowledge of insurance documentation and claims processing.
- Experience handling pre-authorisations and discharge approvals.
- Valuable understanding of TPA and insurance processes.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Experience with hospital billing/TPA software will be an advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Salary will be based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills and overall suitability for the role.
