- Provide direct patient care according to physician orders and established nursing standards.
- Assess patients’ health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant patient information.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and medical procedures.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, patient charts, and medical documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about medications, treatment plans, health conditions, and post-care instructions.
- Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety procedures are followed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
