We are seeking a high-energy, people-focused HR professional to manage our end-to-end frontline and store operations human resources.

Position Summary Role:

Human Resources Manager (Retail/Showroom Operations) Location: Dadar / Borivali (Mumbai) Employment Type: Full-Time (6-day working week) Compensation: not Constraint for right candidate

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Headcount Planning

· Lead full-cycle recruitment for luxury showroom teams, including Senior Sales Executives, Cashiers, and floor support staff.

· Forecast high-season and festive staffing needs to maintain optimal store readiness.

· Build a consistent pipeline of premium retail talent from luxury and hospitality backgrounds.

2. Employee Life Cycle Management





· Execute structured onboarding, background verification, documentation, and orientation programs.

· Manage employee separation processes, complete exit interviews, and ensure smooth final settlements.

3. Floor Operations & Compliance

· Oversee attendance management systems, leave administration, shift rosters, and weekly offs.

· Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, incentives, and commission payouts.

· Maintain full compliance with local labour laws and Shop & Establishment regulations.

4. Employee Relations & Training

· Conduct regular store visits to maintain employee engagement and resolve floor grievances.

· Handle disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, counselling, and formal warnings.

· Implement mandatory training initiatives focusing on luxury customer service, floor behavior, and grooming standards.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
