Your work profile

- Implement and support SAP Materials Management (MM) processes covering procurement, inventory, and material master management.
- Configure Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, RFQs, Goods Receipts, Invoice Verification, and vendor processes.
- Manage inventory management, stock movements, physical inventory, and valuation processes.
- Integrate SAP MM with FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules for end-to-end business processes.
- Support SIT/UAT, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and user support.

Key skills required

- Configure and support SAP MM solutions for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
- Configure procurement processes including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), RFQs,



Quotations, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, and Source Determination.
- Configure and support Inventory Management processes, including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory, Material Valuation, and Invoice Verification.
- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and ensure process optimization.
- Integrate SAP MM with FI/CO, SD, PP, QM, PM, PS, WM/EWM, and Ariba where applicable.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, end-user training, and go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and enhancements.
- Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, CPI, Security, and Fiori teams for technical developments and issue resolution.
- Analyze production issues and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Support vendor evaluation, release strategies, pricing conditions, and material master management.
- Prepare project documentation, configuration documents, SOPs, training manuals, and knowledge transfer materials.

Education

Btech, MBA, or any other qualification
