- Assist with regular bar stock counts.
- Identify unusual consumption, wastage, breakage, or variance.
- Maintain par levels for spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar ingredients.
- Assist management in maintaining beverage cost targets.
- Ensure no unauthorized complimentary drinks or excessive pouring.
4. Guest Experience
- Interact confidently and professionally with guests.
- Understand guest preferences and make appropriate beverage recommendations.
- Explain cocktails, ingredients, techniques, and flavour profiles when required.
- Create memorable beverage experiences without compromising service efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate recurring feedback to management.
5. Training & Team Development
- Train bartenders and service staff on cocktail recipes and beverage standards.
- Conduct regular product knowledge sessions.
- Ensure every bartender understands recipes, measurements, garnish, glassware, and presentation.
- Conduct pre-shift beverage briefings when required.
- Help establish and maintain a robust beverage culture across both properties.
6. Quality Control
- Conduct regular checks of cocktail quality and presentation.
- Ensure recipes are followed exactly.
- Monitor consistency between bartenders and across shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Immediately report quality or operational issues to management.
7. Events & Special Activations
- Assist in developing cocktails for special events, collaborations, and brand activations.
- Participate in bar takeovers, guest shifts, tasting sessions, and special beverage experiences.
- Support collaborations with spirit brands and beverage partners.
- Represent the property professionally during external beverage-related activities.
