Operations Supervisor – Bangalore Route 39

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of Bangalore Route 39, including vehicle operations, driver coordination, route monitoring, passenger service, and field operations.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in transport, fleet, logistics, or field operations will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of Route 39.
- Coordinate and supervise drivers and field staff.
- Prepare driver and vehicle duty schedules.
- Monitor vehicle movement, route adherence, delays, and trip completion.
- Coordinate EV passenger auto deployment and charging.
- Monitor vehicle availability and maintenance.
- Handle breakdowns and operational emergencies.
- Monitor driver attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues.
- Maintain daily operational reports and records.




- Conduct field inspections and ensure smooth route operations.
- Report operational issues to management and take timely corrective action.

Requirements

- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in transport/fleet/logistics operations is an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of Bangalore routes and traffic preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage drivers and field staff.
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Experience with EV/e-auto operations is an advantage.
