- Create and modify CNC programs for VMC machines.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform machine setup and first-piece inspection.
- Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Production departments for process improvement.
