Location – Hyderabad/Bangalore

Job Description :

- Provide L2/L3 support for SaaS-based COTS applications, Oracle-based systems, and Power BI.
- Act as a liaison between business users and software vendors to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues.
- Manage system access, user provisioning, configuration updates, and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor performance and availability of AEGIS Software and associated Oracle databases.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Assist with system integrations, upgrades, patching, and testing activities.
- Document system workflows, configuration changes, SOPs, and user training materials.
- Participate in change management and incident/problem management processes.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and internal IT policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during audits, validation, and system enhancement projects
- Good to have knowledge on .Net framework.
- Valuable to have experience with Power BI – data modeling, report/dashboard creation, DAX expressions.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Basic understanding of system validation, CSV, and compliance standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- 4 to 8 years’ experience on Oracle databases, queries, and PL/SQL.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in PBI
- 2+ years exp in leading team in completing development work within sprint cycle
