Job Summary

We are looking for responsible, alert and customer-focused Ride Operators to operate and monitor amusement park rides and attractions, including rides and cable car operations. The role involves ensuring protected operation, following standard operating procedures, assisting guests and maintaining a high standard of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate assigned amusement park rides and attractions safely and efficiently.
- Follow all operating procedures, safety instructions and emergency protocols.
- Conduct pre-opening and routine safety checks of rides and equipment.
- Check and ensure guests meet applicable height, weight and safety requirements.
- Assist guests with boarding and exiting rides safely.
- Ensure proper use of safety belts, harnesses, restraints and other safety equipment.
- Monitor rides continuously during operation and immediately report any abnormality.
- Stop the ride and inform the supervisor in case of any safety concern or technical issue.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Operations teams for equipment-related issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the assigned ride area.
- Provide courteous assistance and guidance to guests.




- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow the prescribed emergency response procedures.
- Maintain daily ride-operation and safety check records.
- For Cable Car operations, follow designated boarding, unloading, communication and safety procedures.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by the Supervisor/Operations Manager.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Plus Two / ITI / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in amusement parks, theme parks, cable cars, hospitality or similar operations will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Good observation skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic communication skills in Malayalam; Hindi/English will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
