Graphic Designer / DTP Designer

Location: Western Suburbs, Mumbai
Employment: Full-Time | Work From Office

We are looking for a strong Graphic Designer / DTP Designer who can independently handle a high volume of print, digital, outdoor and communication design work.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design ability with practical DTP and print-production knowledge. Strong CorelDRAW proficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Create daily social media creatives for digital and WhatsApp communication.
- Design hoardings, banners, flexes, posters and other large-format outdoor communication.
- Design brochures, flyers, leaflets and other marketing/public communication material.
- Design visiting cards, letterheads, envelopes, invitations and office stationery.
- Create event creatives, backdrops, standees and event branding material.
- Design political and public-outreach communication, civic-work updates, public awareness creatives and campaign material.
- Create festival, occasion, tribute and public-information creatives.
- Support selected business-related requirements including company profiles, brochures, presentation visuals, flyers and branding collateral.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors and prepare accurate production-ready artwork.
- Maintain properly organised editable files, fonts, photographs, logos, templates and final artwork.
- Handle urgent requirements, corrections and multiple revisions with speed and accuracy.

Mandatory Skills

- CorelDRAW – Strong proficiency mandatory
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Good understanding of print and DTP production
- Ability to create both print and digital designs
- Understanding of CMYK/RGB, bleed, margins, resolution, vector artwork and print-ready file preparation
- Experience with large-format artwork such as hoardings, banners and flexes
- Ability to work comfortably with Marathi, Hindi and English content

Knowledge of Canva, Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint/presentation design will be an advantage.

Previous experience with advertising agencies, printing/flex businesses, outdoor advertising, events, political/public communication, branding or high-volume social media design will be an advantage.

Experience

1–5 years preferred.

However, exceptionally talented candidates with less or more experience will also be considered based on their portfolio and demonstrated ability.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month based on experience and capability.

Compensation is not restricted to the stated range for an exceptional candidate and will ultimately depend on demonstrated talent, technical capability and portfolio.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
