Sales & Marketing Executive — NNS Media Group

NNS Media Group has been part of the Indian media landscape since 1950 : 76 years of trusted publications, conferences and exhibitions. We're expanding our sales team and hiring Sales & Marketing Executives who know how to open a conversation and close a deal.

This is a salary-plus-commission role built for people who want their income to reflect their effort. Freshers are welcome; proven sellers, even more so.

What you'll do

- Sell advertising space across our newspapers and publications
- Sell booth and exhibition space at our conferences and events
- Own client relationships end-to-end — from first pitch to repeat business
- Generate current business: prospect, pitch, negotiate and close
- Meet clients in person and represent NNS at events across Delhi-NCR
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

What we're looking for

- Confident communicator in English and Hindi
- Self-motivated and target-driven — you chase the deal without being chased
- Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face client meetings
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building instincts




- Graduate in any discipline; final-year students and freshers welcome
- 0–3 years in sales, business development, advertising or media sales is a plus (not mandatory)

Compensation & incentives

- Base salary: ₹2.4 lacs per year
- Uncapped commission + incentives on every deal you close — the harder you sell, the more you earn, with no ceiling
- Performance bonuses for top performers
