Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Videographer–Editor to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time Work From Office role based in Pune. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who is equally proficient behind the camera and in the editing suite, bringing a fresh, innovative perspective to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Videography & Production

- Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video content for various client projects, including marketing campaigns, social media, corporate events, and internal communications.
- Manage and operate all technical aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, camera setup, and scene composition.
- Must utilize own skilled shooting gear for all assignments.
- Ensure all captured footage is well-organized, properly labeled, and backed up.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

- Perform comprehensive video editing, including cutting, color grading, sound mixing, and graphic integration, to deliver polished final products.
- Maintain strong proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).




- Collaborate closely with the creative and account teams to understand project objectives and execute the vision effectively.

3. Innovation & AI Integration

- Actively incorporate AI skillset into the workflow, specifically for:
- Editing enhancements (e.g., stabilization, object removal).
- Content optimization (e.g., upscaling, noise reduction).
- Workflow optimisation (e.g., AI-assisted transcription, smart organization).

✨ Required Qualifications & Experience

- 2 to 3 years of professional work experience in videography and video editing.
- Agency experience is a must. Candidates without prior agency experience will not be considered.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating solid videography and video editing skills across diverse projects.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- A strong understanding of visual storytelling and current video trends.
- Immediate joining is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
