A Placement Executive bridges the gap between students and companies. You’re responsible for getting students placed and building company tie-ups.
Role Summary
Handle end-to-end placement activities: from company outreach to student placement and post-placement follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Company Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with HRs and recruitment agencies
- Collect job requirements: role, salary, skills, eligibility
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews
- Student Placement
- Collect and update student resumes/database
- Shortlist students as per company criteria
- Conduct placement training: resume writing, mock interviews, aptitude, communication
- Share job openings, drive schedules, and company info to students
- Track attendance and performance in placement drives
- Admin & Reporting
- Maintain placement records and CRM
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports:
companies contacted, drives conducted, students placed
- Coordinate with Academic and Admission teams for student readiness
- Handle post-placement formalities: offer letters, joining follow-up
Required Skills
Communication: Strong verbal + written English + Malayalam. Valuable negotiation skills
Networking: Ability to build relationships with HRs and companies
Student Handling: Motivating students, counseling for interviews
Tools: MS Office
Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 0-3 years in placements, HR recruitment, or training roles. Freshers with good network skills can apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
