- Attend daily maintenance and breakdown complaints.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend guest-room and public-area maintenance issues promptly.
- Electrician: Electrical wiring, lighting, DB panels, MCBs, motors, pumps, electrical equipment, and troubleshooting.
- Plumber: Water supply lines, drainage, sanitary fittings, taps, showers, toilets, pumps, leakages, blockages, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspection of equipment and systems.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow engineering checklists.
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Minimize water and electricity wastage.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repair works when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering HOD/Managemen
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
