Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence through organic content and community engagement.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, social media growth, influencer collaborations, and sustainability. This role focuses on building brand awareness through organic reach rather than paid advertising.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage and maintain the company's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish daily content.
- Design and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Develop content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal events.

Content Creation

- Create high-quality Instagram reels to improve organic reach.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content descriptions.
- Identify trending topics, audio, and content formats.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and sustainability values.

Website and Blog Management

- Write, edit, and publish website blogs.
- Update website content regularly.
- Optimize blog content for search engines (SEO).
- Maintain consistency between website content and social media campaigns.

Influencer Outreach and Collaborations

- Identify and connect with influencers, creators, environmental advocates, celebrities, and community leaders.




- Develop collaboration opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Manage communication, partnerships, and influencer relationships.
- Track collaboration performance and engagement.

Community Engagement

- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Build an active online community.
- Increase follower engagement through organic interactions.

Analytics and Reporting

- Monitor social media performance.
- Track follower growth, engagement, reach, and content performance.
- Submit regular performance reports and recommendations.

Required Skills

- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Robust knowledge of Instagram Reels and organic growth strategies.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and blog writing.
- Familiarity with content creation and graphic design tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in social media management.
- Experience working with eco-friendly, sustainability, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of video editing tools and content creation platforms.

Important Note

- This position focuses exclusively on organic growth.
- Paid advertising and ad campaign management are not part of this role.

Contract Terms

- Contract-based position.
- Compensation: As per experience and performance.
- Work mode: Remote/Hybrid (as applicable).
- Performance will be evaluated based on content quality, engagement, collaborations, and organic growth.

Pay: ₹11,353.63 - ₹43,169.64 per month
