About the Role

Shree Balaji Services is looking for Workshop Helpers to support mechanics and technicians in the servicing and repair of Tata Motors commercial vehicles. This is a good opportunity for candidates who are hardworking, responsible, and interested in learning automobile workshop skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist mechanics and technicians during vehicle servicing and repair work.
- Help with dismantling, fitting, cleaning, and handling of vehicle parts.
- Arrange and handle workshop tools and equipment properly.
- Support technicians in engine, clutch, gearbox, suspension, brake, and other repair activities.
- Keep the workshop, tools, and work area clean and organized.
- Follow instructions from mechanics, technicians, and workshop supervisors.
- Assist in moving vehicles, parts, tools, and equipment safely within the workshop.
- Follow workshop safety rules and maintain discipline at the workplace.
- Learn basic commercial vehicle maintenance and repair skills through hands-on work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Willingness to work in an automobile/commercial vehicle workshop.
- Ability to assist mechanics in repair and maintenance activities.




- Basic understanding of tools and workshop equipment is an advantage.
- Hardworking, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Good physical stamina and willingness to perform hands-on work.
- Willingness to learn automobile repair and maintenance skills.
- Freshers and candidates with prior workshop/helper experience can apply.
