- Plant Operations
- Manage complete day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve production targets as per the production plan and customer requirements.
- Monitor plant capacity, productivity, OEE, downtime, and operational efficiency.
- Production Management
- Plan and control manufacturing of cosmetic products, including creams, lotions, shampoos, gels, face care, hair care, etc.
- Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing procedures, SOPs and production schedules.
- Minimize production losses, rejection, wastage and rework.
- Quality & GMP
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO and applicable cosmetic manufacturing regulations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process, raw material and finished-product quality.
- Ensure proper investigation and closure of deviations, CAPA and customer complaints.
- Manpower Management
- Manage production, QA/QC, maintenance, warehouse and other plant teams.
- Plan manpower requirements, shift schedules and workforce utilization.
- Develop team capabilities through training and performance monitoring.
- Maintenance & Utilities
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and utilities.
- Reduce machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for new machinery installation and commissioning.




- Cost & Productivity
- Control manufacturing costs and optimize manpower, materials and utilities.
- Drive productivity improvement and reduction of manufacturing losses.
- Monitor plant KPIs and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
- Inventory & Supply Chain
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse and planning teams for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Ensure proper storage, material movement and inventory control.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EHS, fire safety, statutory and labour requirements.
- Promote a robust safety culture and conduct regular safety reviews.
- Continuous Improvement
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve plant efficiency.
- Management Coordination
- Report plant performance, production status, quality issues, manpower and costs to senior management.
- Coordinate with R&D;, QA, QC, production planning, sales and supply chain teams for smooth business operations.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
