Job Summary

Silver Storm Amusement Park is looking for an experienced Tamil Speaking Tele Calling Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective customers, promoting park packages and offers, generating enquiries and converting leads into bookings/visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Communicate with customers in Tamil and provide clear information about Silver Storm's attractions, packages, offers, ticketing and facilities.
- Generate enquiries and convert leads into park visits and bookings.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and existing leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing and Booking teams for customer requirements.
- Promote special offers, group packages, school/college visits, corporate packages and other promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work towards successful conversion.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Prepare daily call and lead-status reports for the reporting manager.




- Maintain professional communication and follow company guidelines.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, inside sales or a similar role.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and/or English will be an advantage.
- Experience in Tourism, Amusement Parks, Resorts, Hospitality, Travel or Ticketing will be preferred.

- Excellent Tamil communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a sales and marketing team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
