We are looking for an energetic Relationship Manager to manage and build strong relationships with restaurants and food partners on our food delivery platform.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new restaurants and food partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Explain app features, offers, and business benefits.
- Handle partner queries and resolve issues.
- Follow up with restaurants for onboarding and activation.
- Support restaurants in improving their platform performance.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner concerns.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps.
- Customer/restaurant relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales, business development, or food delivery is an advantage.
