Job Summary

Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists and chemists within the assigned territory. Build skilled relationships through product detailing, literature sharing and product education while supporting prescription generation and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute 8–12 doctor visits per day as per the approved list.
- Detail assigned products using visual aids, clinical studies and product literature.
- Organise CMEs, doctor group meetings and product presentations.
- Visit retail chemists for prescription data collection and product availability.
- Coordinate with stockists to ensure product availability at the retail level.




- Submit daily call reports (DCR) and monthly tour plans.
- Achieve monthly prescription generation and sales targets.
- Handle stockist orders, credit notes and return management.

Requirements

- B.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) / D.Pharm with relevant experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related role.
- Product detailing and scientific selling skills.
- Doctor call planning and execution experience.
- Chemist coverage and stockist management skills.
- DCR/SFE tool or CRM/mobile app knowledge.
- Basic pharmacology understanding.
- Tamil communication and a two-wheeler with valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹16,700.00 - ₹31,700.00 per month
