A senior bartender manages daily bar operations, crafts high-end cocktails, and leads junior staff. They ensure fast service, track inventory, and maintain strict safety rules while creating a welcoming space for guests.

- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks using exact recipes.
- Train, guide, and support junior bartenders and bar backs.
- Check stock levels, count inventory, and order new supplies.
- Create new cocktail recipes and update drink menus.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and POS terminal transactions safely.
- Enforce local legal drinking age laws and responsible alcohol service.
- Keep the bar counter, equipment, and glass storage clean and hygienic.
- Deep knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and current beverage trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy boxes.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
