Roastea Café – Team Member

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our café team. The candidate will be responsible for customer service, billing counter operations, basic kitchen assistance and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

- Welcome and assist customers politely.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and assist customers with their selections.
- Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience.
- Handle customer queries and requests professionally.

Billing Counter

- Generate customer bills accurately.
- Handle cash and digital payments.
- Operate the POS/billing system.
- Maintain proper billing and payment records.
- Ensure the billing counter remains clean and organized.

Kitchen Helper

- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation.
- Support food plating and order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist the kitchen team during busy hours.





General Café Operations

- Maintain cleanliness of the café and work area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
- Follow company rules, SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Support the team during peak hours.
- Perform other café-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10th/12th pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic understanding of Hindi/English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Previous café/restaurant experience will be an advantage.
