Position: Sales Team Leader (TL)
Department: Sales
We are looking for an proactive team leader for managing a team of sales executives, driving revenue targets, and ensuring high standards of customer engagement and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to hit enrollment and revenue targets
- Set individual and team targets aligned with admission cycles and business goals
- Train current hires on course offerings, counseling techniques, and objection handling
- Maintain accurate lead and enrollment data in the CRM
Requirements
- 2-3 of experience as TL
- EdTech experience added advantage
- Male/ Female
Salary is negotiable asper your Experience range
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
