We are looking for a proactive and responsible Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our plant, including equipment, staff, maintenance coordination, and basic accounting and administrative work.

The ideal candidate should preferably have a background in Mechanical Engineering, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in every aspect of the role is not required, and appropriate training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily plant operations, equipment, and staff.
- Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance and repairs in case of breakdowns.
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of plant activities.
- Manage basic accounts, records, expenses, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, staff, and management as required.
- Maintain records and reports using software such as Tally and MS Office.
- Identify operational issues and take initiative to resolve them.
- Support improvements in plant efficiency, maintenance, and processes.

Preferred Candidate:





- Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of plant operations.
- Strong problem-solving and practical decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working with machinery, staff, and day-to-day operational challenges.
- Preferably familiar with Tally, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer software.
- Willing and eager to learn accounting, plant management, and other aspects of the business.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Training will be provided, so we are primarily looking for someone who is dependable, capable, hands-on, and eager to learn and grow with the company.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
