- Follow up projects from acquisition, design to execution stage.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, site engineers, consultants, in-house engineers, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and handle supervisory responsibilities as required.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations.
- Coordinate with site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during the construction stage.
- Coordinate with design consultants for updates, draft presentations, and incorporation of feedback.
- Review and coordinate structural drawings, working drawings, service drawings, sales drawings, brochure drawings, etc.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
