Job Description:-

- Job type:- Full time, permanent
- Factory Location:- Lucknow (Native or permanent resident of Lucknow will perfer)

Job role and responsibilities:-

- Production Oversight: Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations for detergent powder (spray drying/mixing) and detergent cakes (saponification, extrusion, stamping, and cutting).
- Quality & Formula Control: Ensure strict compliance with chemical formulations, lathering standards, moisture content, and packaging integrity.
- Plant Maintenance: Oversee routine servicing of heavy machinery like mixers, crutchers, conveyors, stamping machines, and packing units to minimize downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, especially regarding chemical handling, dust collection systems, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Supply & Inventory:



Coordinate with procurement for raw materials (surfactants, builders, fillers, perfumes) and manage finished goods stock.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise shift supervisors, machine operators, and plant laborers.

Requirements:-

Work Experience and qualification:-

- At least 2 years of plant management experience in Detergent Cake/Powder manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, Chemistry or Business Administration.

Key Skills:-

- Deep knowledge of detergent processing techniques, quality assurance protocols and machinery troubleshooting.
- Solid leadership, cost-management abilities and effective communication.

Remuneration and benefits:- Rs.35,000 - 50,000/- per month + benefits
