Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage our company's human resources operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, handling employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases securely.
- Address employee queries, manage grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing preparation.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR Management Software (HRIS/HRMS).
- High level of confidentiality and solid interpersonal skills.
- Local language is mandate

Pay: ₹10,761.43 - ₹25,000.00 per month
