Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Incentives: ₹1,00,000+ per month based on performance)

Key Responsibilities-
1. Generate and follow up with potential customers and leads.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
3. Conduct client calls, meetings, and property/site visits.
4. Explain project details, pricing, investment opportunities, and benefits to prospective clients.
5 .Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
6. Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
7.
Maintain regular updates of leads and sales activities.
8. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Requirements

Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to learn and build a career in real estate sales.
