We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Training Manager to join our team in India. This is an excellent opportunity to manage training operations, compliance, and student services for an Australian Government-approved RTO headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, and now expanding its operations into India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee training coordination, student administration, onboarding, and the effective delivery of training and assessment programs.
- Oversee day-to-day training and assessment operations, ensuring activities are conducted in accordance with the Institute’s policies, procedures, quality assurance frameworks, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and technical skills programs to ensure training remains relevant, practical, industry-focused, and aligned with student employment outcomes.
- Support and monitor trainer performance, ensuring consistent standards of training delivery, assessment practices, and student engagement.
- Conduct regular meetings with trainers and administration staff to review operational matters, student progress, and training and assessment practices.
- Monitor student attendance, course progression, academic performance, and support requirements, taking appropriate action where necessary.
- Review student and staff feedback, survey results, validation outcomes, complaints, and appeals to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.




- Ensure training and assessment practices comply with applicable Australian Vocational Education & Training requirements and relevant Indian education and training standards.
- Stay up to date with developments in vocational education, training methodologies, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Encourage and coordinate relevant career development activities to maintain and enhance staff competency and industry currency.
- Coordinate operational requirements, including training schedules, timetables, trainer allocation, and classroom and facility utilisation.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, actions, and operational matters, ensuring outstanding issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with academic, administrative, and support teams to maintain an effective, professional, and student-focused learning environment.
- Provide ongoing support to trainers, staff, and students to promote positive training experiences, successful course completion, and improved employment readiness.

Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant technical discipline.
- 5 – 6 plus years of experience in vocational training, skill development, or corporate learning.
- Strong knowledge of competency-based curriculum development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Excellent command over English.
- Strong organisational and project management skills

Additional Information:
