We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Surat. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn QA tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Assist with automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
- Perform basic API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Perform data validation using basic SQL queries.
- Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and new feature releases.
- Assist in maintaining QA documentation, test reports, and testing procedures.
- Help improve QA processes and maintain overall software quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge or training in software testing are welcome to apply.




- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts and test case preparation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or JMeter is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing.
- Familiarity with Git is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently residing in Surat, Gujarat, are preferred.
- Candidates who can work from our Surat office are preferred.

Candidates who have completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field and have a strong interest in software testing are encouraged to apply. Prior professional QA experience is not mandatory for candidates with the right technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
